Health - Very Very Important Tips
1. Answer the phone by LEFT ear.
2. Do not drink coffee TWICE a day.
3. Do not take pills with COOL water.
4. Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm.
5. Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume.
6. Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night.
7. Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS.
8. Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time.
9. Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning.
10. Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping.
11. When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times.

Hari ini dalam sejarah. i'm try to create my own blog..... and this my new blog for my first day.. tq sifu mila n funna coz teach me how to create this blog... hahaha... now 3.15am...
DTC 14 nov 2008 , "motor control learning" my last paper at universiti malaya.. Alhamdulillah. aku xdapat bgtau macam mana perasaan aku pada hari itu.. n aku yakin kedua orang tua aku pun begitu.. every time aku nak masuk dewan peperiksaan, aku akan send mesej for my mum to minta restu... from sem 1 until sem 6... for me, walau pandai manapun kita, parent adalah segalanya....
